i lifted yesterday, but didnt feel this pain until about 4 hours after, so it couldnt have been from the lifting. its a pain that only happens if i do a should press motion, i can do lateral/front raise motion with very little pain if any, but not a should press motion or say a basketball type motion. its not a constant throb. i do get a little tingling shooting up my hand but nothing major. just wondering how i can tell if its a tear or a pulled muscle.
