What can I do career wise? 10 points for best advice?

If you can get into med school do it...any med school - USA or other country. Doctors will always be needed and you can later specialize in something (sports meds, plastic surgery for accident victims, many many others). If you have gone this far, finish! Your life will be rich momentarily and value wise!
