How many calories have i burned?

To make an easier log, use this free website at fit day. You can look it up. Make two columns or three. Put the stretches in one, and add the minutes. Put the lower body compound exercises in another, and the rest in one more. Add the minutes. If they were done consecutively, count calories for weight work for X minutes, and stretches for X minutes. It would not be possible or practical to calculate minutiae such as this separately on a daily basis.
