What happened to The Secret Life Of The American Teenager?

I watched the first maybe 5 or 6 episodes and i thought to myself "hey, this is actually pretty good." But after the first season, the show has just been so stupid. They would actually be encouraging sex if it weren't for the message at the end. And what i hate the most is the way they talk. The script tries to make them look like adults but NO adults or mature person even talks like that. its the most unrealistic show on t.v. and a shame to ABC Family. What happened to it????
