Suspicious density is noted on the right para cardiac area?

The sac around the heart is the pericardium. Para is a prefix, when used in medicines it means alongside of or being near to. It could be the lungs or could be in the space between the lungs called the mediastinum. There are a lot of structures here esophagus, trachea blood vessels etc. It might just be that a shadow. If the Doc needs another chest view or CT scan to figure it out Then that is the best course of action.
