Does Canada have a disability law?

I am an American who’s considering applying for a job in Canada when I finish my degree, but I am a disabled man who often needs the aid of a wheelchair, and I was just wondering if you’d foresee any problems? I know every country has a little different standard. Thanks for your insight.
