I can't bend my leg after patelloctamy... :(?

I met with an small accident and a safety rod of other's byke hit my left knee. my patella broke into pieces, fracture lateral femur and condyle tibia rported. doctors did surgery-patellectomy with inter condylar screw fixation. I was on bed for three months and from then i'm regular to physio therapy till date i.e from one and half year and underwent physio therapy but still i can't get my knee flexation.Please suggest me i consulted many doctors past 1 nd half year but no one showed correct solution. I'm 21 year old male. I cmpltd my b.tech and planned to M.S bt now i'm screwed up badly...
