Workout for a 15 year old...?

See this "Sexy beast Workout" by charliejames1975 on youtube a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COGUt94VrLI" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COGUt94Vr…/a (or just about any other video by charlie) for exercises using everyday stuff you already have in and around your home. e.g see the exercise 3 minutes into that first video using two chairs and a broom stick or 3 mins into this video a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmzHUTa5vJE&feature=related" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmzHUTa5v…/a using a wall in a back yard. OK Charlie is a woman, but I think her workouts would work equally for a guy who wants to get toned, fit and muscular and they are certainly not 'girly' easy! However, if you just want to body build then you might need some serious heavy equipment and a lot of protein intake.
