What's the best way to email a tv studio?

I've found the emails to the tv studios i want. I looked them up because i have a great idea for a tv show, I've thought of the script and casting and stuff. Anyway I would like to email the company without giving away the whole entire show, but i want it to be professional. What should I say/include?
