How will Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim perform with Mac via Boot Camp?

I am planning to buy a Macbook Pro with the Intel i7 processor and will be likely upgrading it to 8 gb of RAM. I will also be getting Windows 7 so that I can boot into windows via Boot Camp. Maybe foreseeing the specs Skyrim will require, would an Intel i7 and 8 gb suffice for the work the game would put the Mac through? Also, would (or should) I have a different graphics card instead of the one the Macbook Pro comes with? Thank you for any advice.
