Breech baby's position?

I am at 23 weeks of pregnancy and my baby is in breech position from the day I am feeling his movements.Baby is moving but not flipping at all.Also my first girl was in left lateral position i.e. head at my left side of stomach and she moved her head down just before 2 hours of birth time.Suggest me if I can do anything for flipping..I dont want C-Section at all.
