Why cant I sing this note?

I listen to songs like Rocketeer by Far East Movement and Breakeven by The Script and l could match their pitch perfectly without my voice cracking or anything. That happens on and off, like, sometimes l can sing it and sometimes l can't. Like just now l tried singing it and my voice just completely stops when l try to reach it. I am a 14 year old boy... Would that just be because of, like, puberty or something? Its driving me INSANE and l really wna know what the deal is so any help is appreciated.. thank you.
