What should I do after mscit course which is through distance learning?

Now as I said I had done my msc(IT) through correspondence but now I am confuse whether to go for M-tech or MCA . If I choose MCA, I will get Lateral entry to final semester or If I choose M-tech then I have to spend my 2 yrs now besides my Msc(IT) course , I am also working as an Internet Marketer in IT company and now I want to take my career to a new height actually I am also looking for institute or university which offer correspondence course as well as campus placement for those who are pursuing distance learning course from their University. By keeping above information in mind please suggest university as well as course where I make my career strong .
