Sleep for an hour, my whole back have a kind of pain & both my hands feel numb?

both my hips got kind of smarting & aching when i rub against it. when I get up my numbness disappear but those pain remains. My radiological report: There is loss of the L2/3 disc height in keeping with degenrative disc disease. Anterior, lateral and to a lesser extend posterior marginal osteophytes are noted. There is a small calcified densityprojected over the L3/4 disc height, likely related to disc calcification. Preserved bony alignment and vertebral heights. There is mild facet joint hypertrophy. Can this be the cause of it?
