Question about Marine Corps reserve.?

I seriously want to join the Marine Corps. Now, I want to do the 92 day reserve program, so i can get college out of the way. Now, say i wanted to go to active duty and was a SGT, could i do a lateral move to Drill Instructor duty, and then after the 3 years on duty, could I switch MOS again, and be in Active Duty?
