Moving houses and my cat has to live outside...?

I think that is considered animal cruelty making them live outside. Make all your cats INDOOR cats because outdoor cats don't make it that long. Omen might go in the street and get hit by a car or if he doesn't have a collar and tag he might get cat napped. Try telling your dad it is Animal cruelty to make the cats live outside instead of letting them come in the house. Try to build a cat shed for your cat that will allow sunshine and tell your dad to let them in when they were outside long enough. DON'T let them hunt or leave the backyard. Try having your dad read books about cats and watch Animal Cops. Some outdoor cats could get stuck in a sewer from being washed away in really bad rain if they are near close to one.
