I had a dream that I drove off of a bridge into snowy ground in Canada......?

... There was an Old man Driving, and I was wanted, but the Old guy didn't know that, so we were driving through the Country section of Canada, police vehicles driving and searching for me, and there was a mild blizzard, I remember while in the car there was this song playing that I never heard before, it went like this "Here we goooo, Here we go, Here we go" and it repeated that same line, like that was the whole song or something, Then we went over a bridge (No side railing) and the car just swerved and we drove off near a telephone pole, in a pile of snow (I felt the STRONG sensation of falling, It was AMAZINGLY STRONG, I was actually really scared) and after the crash, I woke up with a jolt. Now Ive never been to Canada, Never been Wanted by the police, and Never heard that song before. I know it could just be things coming from my subconscious, but I don't know. I also remember we were driving a 98 Jeep Cherokee, and it looked just like this. Is this foreseeing something? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
