Does this seem like a good workout routine?

Your routine is good in that you are giving your body time to rest, but you are still doing way too many sets for each body part. Quit doing split routines and focus on compound movements. You are not doing any deadlifts which is the best overall lift that you can do. At your age and weight, you should focus on core compound movements like deadlifts, squats, flat bench, etc. Forget the isolation movements. More is not always better especially when it comes to sets.
