Are the hopes for Floyd-Pacquiao even higher now that Floyd is fighting Ortiz?

I started saving money up to go to Vegas after Pacquiao beat Cotto.I've still got that money lol!! Let's hope your right because Floyd is obviously ready to fight again and Pacquiao said he would take the test so surely us fans don't have to wait much longer!
